We are a small, friendly, and reliable firm based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and we are prepared to travel across RH19, RH10, RH6 and will consider the rest of the South East. We are registered and approved contractors with ELECSA so we are able to test and certify our work meaning you don't need to involve the local authority building control.
Our qualifications and experience enable us to carry out domestic electrical work to the most recent Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations (17th edition). We are also available for general property maintenance around your home. We have a long track record of satisfied customers who are happy to recommend us and use us again.
 
 Domestic electrician
We specialise in electrical work around your home, whether it's installing new sockets or lights, or simply finding that niggling fault. So don't be concerned how small the job is when you call. We replace old consumer units or fuse boards, re-wire your home, install all types of lighting around the home, and replace cooker elements and showers. We are fully registered competent company with Elecsa.
We provide free estimates for your work and there is no up-front call out charge during the working week, you just pay for the work done. We are also very happy to offer practical advice free of charge. For example, if you are buying a new house and would like a rough estimate of the electrical work needed to bring it up to date.
There is a charge of £45 for evening call outs plus work done. Weekend call out charges start from £45.

General property
We are also available for general maintenance work around your home. Whether you want to completely redecorate your home, or just give your lounge a face-lift with a new coat of emulsion then we can help. We can build car ports, erect fences, put up flagpoles and even flat-pack furniture. Just go to the contact page and email us with the work.

Portable Applicance Testing (PAT)
Whether you run a big business or are self-employed and home is your place of work you are required to carry out checks on all your electrical equipment (PCs, kettles, printers etc) on a regular basis. We recommend it is all done annually as it the best way to meet the requirements of the safety at work regulations.

We are more than happy to come out for even the smallest jobs. We've helped people with replacing plugs and fuses, changing lamps, and fixing blown fuses on old fuse boxes.
And as there is no call out charge during the working week, you only pay for the work done. Though there is a minimum price of £10.00 to cover business costs.
So don't be afraid to call us with even the smallest jobs.
